So I was organizing my video footage and I found this little gem from a few months ago at CWF Hollywood. Since then we have changed our filming location but I sure did enjoy the Commerce Hotel and Casino! I remember this day like it was yesterday, what a trip. So much has changed in both mine and Danielle's life and revisiting this footage is a huge reminder of how much we have evolved. It's important to realize that good, bad and uncomfortable situations held mold who you are. As scripture says "Trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." -Prov 3:5 Sometimes we think we are trusting in The Lord but we are actually leaning on our own understanding and that's when life can become frustrating. You think you are doing all that you are supposed to yet feel stuck in a hole you can climb out of. Often we lean on our own understanding so much that when we feel defeated and all we can do is throw our hands up in the air finally giving ourselves to The Lord. We are human and are going to make mistakes so don't be hard on yourself if you have to go through darkness to reach the Light. Most times you must learn to walk in the dark before you can reach Light and discover peace, Love, understand and compassion. True Shalom.
